How long will it take for my sofa to be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks for in-stock items. Custom-made or 'made-to-order' pieces typically take 6-10 weeks to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
Do you offer fabric samples before I purchase?
Yes, we offer up to five free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the texture in your own home lighting before making a final decision.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your sofa, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus a flat-rate collection fee.
Does my SofaSofa® purchase come with a warranty?
Every SofaSofa® product includes a 10-year structural warranty covering the frame and springs, along with a 2-year warranty on fabric and cushioning.
Will the delivery team assemble the sofa for me?
Our White Glove Delivery service includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials at no extra cost.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. You will also receive a call from our logistics team 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm a time slot.
